Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Canada Post purchase, please call 1-877-632-6347 within 10 calendar days of the receipt of your order to request a return authorization number. To expedite your request at the time of call, please have your reference order number handy. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in its original wrapping with your receipt, we will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

You must return the product to the Canada Post warehouse within 30 calendar days of the issuance of the authorization number. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging.
