• Get a guaranteed price in Canadian dollars that includes shipping, duties and taxes—no brokerage fees, CODs or other surprises at the door.
• Need to return what you ordered? Borderfree provides our U.S. retailers with a Canadian returns facility and enables the retailer to fully refund your duty and taxes.

How does Borderfree work?

1. Browse the Borderfree shopping directory of participating retailers.
2. Select a retailer, and then place orders as you would from any online retailer: add items that interest you to your shopping cart or order over the phone.
3. Depending on the retailer, either select Canadian customer checkout or follow the regular checkout process. If items in your basket cannot be imported into Canada, you will be asked to remove them.
4. Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree on behalf of the retailer from which you've made a purchase—but not until your order clears the Canadian border.
