To manage volatility in fuel prices, starting on September 1, 2008, a differentiated fuel surcharge will apply to Parcel shipments, based on the service selected: either Express¹ or Non-Express². A higher fuel surcharge rate will apply to Express services, such as Priority™ Next A.M.* and Xpresspost (Domestic, USA and International) compared to our Non-Express services, such as Regular Parcel and Expedited Parcel (Domestic and USA).
