Canada Post is currently unable to accept outgoing mail to Libya due to a lack of available transportation. All Libya-bound mail accepted by Canada Post that is now undeliverable will be returned to the sender as we do not know when mail service to the area will resume. Once mail service resumes, customers will be able to mail their returned items at no additional charge.
