October 8, 2009: We’ve got the stamp of approval four years in a row: Canada Post has made the Top 100 list again

Canada Post has been named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers by Mediacorp Canada Inc. for the fourth year running. This award is recognition of the hard work and dedication of the people at Canada Post who have made our corporation one of this country’s best places to work.

To be included in the Top 100, companies must demonstrate their quality in terms of physical workplace; work and social atmosphere; health, financial and family benefits; vacation and time off; employee communications; performance management; training and skills development; and community involvement.

Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2010 were announced in special features published by Maclean's, The Globe and Mail and Eluta.ca on October 8 and 9, 2009.

February 19, 2009: Canada Post selected as one of Canada's Best Diversity Employers 2009

Canada's Best Diversity Employers award recognizes employers across Canada that have exceptional workplace diversity and inclusiveness programs. The competition examines a range of initiatives covering five major employee groups: women, members of visible minorities, persons with disabilities, Aboriginal peoples, and lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered/transsexual (LGBT) peoples.
